If x : y = 3 : 4, find (4x + 5y) : (5x - 2y)?

Answer: Option B
- x/y=3/4
(4x+5y)/(5x+2y)= (4( x/y)+5)/(5 (x/y)-2)
=(4(3/4)+5)/(5(3/4)-2)
=(3+5)/(7/4)=32/7
