2nd term -1st term =3rd term-2nd term
so,
4k-6-(k+2)=4k-2-(4k-6)
3k-8=4
3k=12
so k=4

So
4k-6-k-2 = 4k-2-4k+6
3k-8= 4
3k=12
K=4
