Six friends went to PVR and the seats were numbered from 1 to 16. If the first person sat on the chair numbered 3 then the sixth person will be sitting on chair numbered _____. Assuming they all sit together.

Options:

A . 9

B . 8

C . 7

D . 6

Answer: Option B

As the first person is sitting on the chair numbered 3, the sixth person is five places away from the first person.
So, we need to add five places to the chair numbered 3.
∴ Sixth person will sit on the chair numbered 8.
