$\Rightarrow$ Perimeter = Length of the boundary
= (45 + 22 + 25 + 8 + 20 + (8+22))
= (45 + 22 + 25 + 8 + 20 + (30))
= 150m
$\Rightarrow$ Area of the shape = Area of the larger rectangle + area of smaller rectangle
$= (45 \times 22) + (20 \times 8)$
$= (990) + (160)$
$= 1150 {c m}^{2}$
$∴$ Area $= 1150 {c m}^{2}$
