Answer: Option C

E is the Opposite to D, A is between E and F 
since C is not the neighbors of E. 
So the only neighboring blank positions of E is Occupied by B. 
Thus we have two possible arrangements
 A, B, C, D, E And F Are Sitting Around A Round Table A Is B....
OR
 A, B, C, D, E And F Are Sitting Around A Round Table A Is B....

In each arrangement, F is the Opposite B.
