Options:
A .  17.5 cm
B .  18 cm
C .  20 cm
D .  25 cm.
Answer: Option D

Let the radius of the vessel be R.  Then

`pi R^2 xx 15 = pi xx (15)^2 xx 35 + pi xx (10)^2 xx 15`

`hArr     pi R^2 xx 15 =  9375 pi`

`hArr   R^2 = 625`

`hArr  R = 25 cm.`
