Answer: Option B

Let radius = 2`x` and height  = 3`x` , Then ,

`22/7 xx (2x)^2 xx 3x = 12936`

`hArr    x^3 = (12936 xx 7/22 xx 1/12)`

`hArr  x^3 =  343`      `hArr     x^3 = 7^3`

`:.`     `x `= 7, So, radius = 14 cm and height = 21 cm.

`:.`      Total surface area = `2 xx 22/7 xx 14 xx (21 + 14)`

   = `(2 xx 22/7 xx 14 xx 35) cm^2` =  `3080 cm^2`
