External radius = (5.6 + 0.4) cm = 6 cm.
Volume of metal = `{22/7 xx [(6)^2 - (5.6)^2] xx 21} cm^3`
=(66 x 11.6 x 0.4 ) `cm^3`
= 306.24`cm^3`
