Formula for Percentage -

If A is R% more than B then B is less then A by-

[ 100 * R / 100 + R ]%

If A is R% less than B then B is more then A by-

[ 100 * R / 100 - R ]%

Example -

If A's salary is '59%' less then B's salary. By how much percent is B's salary more than A's?

putting the value in formula-

[ 100 * R / 100 - R ]%

[ 100 * 59 / 100 - 59 ] %

5900 / 41 %

B's salary is 5900 / 41 % more than A's
