b + h + 26 = 60
`hArr b + h = 34`
`hArr (b + h)^2 = (34)^2` .......................................................(i)
Also , `b^2 + h^2 = (26)^2` ........................................................(ii)
`:.` `(b^2 + h^2) - (b^2 + h^2 ) = (34)^2 - (26)^2`
`hArr 2bh = (34 + 26) (34 - 26)`
`hArr 2bh = 480`
`hArr bh = 240 hArr 1/2 bh = 120`
`:.` Area = 120`cm^2`
