Answer: Option A

Let the sides be  a cm and 2a cm.

Then , `a^2 + (2a)^2  = (10)^2`

`hArr     5a^2 = 100`

`hArr    a^2 = 20`

`:.`       Area = `(1/2 xx a xx 2a ) = a^2 =   20 cm^2`
