If the FDI in china is 18 times of that in India, than by how many times of India’s GDP is the FII in China greater than that in India?

Let the GDP of India be ‘x’ and that of China be ‘y’

We can say that $\frac{2.7 y}{100}$ = $\frac{18 \times 2.1 x}{100}$

So y = 14x

Now, the difference between their FIIs is

$\frac{2.7 y}{100}$ – $\frac{2.9 x}{100}$ = $\frac{28 x}{100}$ – $\frac{2.9 x}{100}$

= $\frac{25.1 x}{100}$ = $\frac{1}{4}$ x

So the required answer is $\frac{1}{4}$
