Radius of the ground = 17.5 m.
Radius of inner circle = (17.5 - 1.4) m = 16.1 m.
Area of the garden = `pi xx [(17.5)^2 - (16.1)^2 `
= `[22/7 xx (17.5 + 16.1) (17.5 - 16.1] m^2`
= `(22/7 xx 33.6 xx 1.4) m^2`
= 147.84 `m^2`
