`R = (440 xx 7/44)`
`R = 70 ` m.
Inside radius = (70 - 7) m = 62 m.
Area of the border = ` pi [(70)^2 - (63)^2] m^2`
=` [ 22/7 xx (70 + 63) ( 70 - 63)] m^2`
= 2926 `m^2`
