or, 30=72x-66x
or,30/6=x
therefore,x=5yrs Ans#
(I have taken l2and l1 , please understand it i.e lnterest first and second)

Solution,
firstly, we saw that (r) is 4% in both the conditions.
In first condition,we have :
Principal(P)= Rs1650
Rate(R)=4%p.a
Time(T)=?, let it be x
Interest(l1)=?
Now,
l=PTR/100
=1650×x×4/100
=66x #

In second condition ,we have:
P= Rs1650
T= x years
R= 4%
I2=?
Now,
( I2)=PTR/100
=1800×x×4/100
=72x #
By the question,
-(The simple interest on Rs1650 will be less than the interest on Rs1800 at 4% simple interest by Rs30. )
-It means that I1 less than I2 by Rs30
so making them equal so as to gain value of time(t)
I1+30=I2
or, 30=I2-I1
or,
