Whoever, not being authorised by the Authority, intentionally denies or causes a denial of access to any person who is authorised to access the Central Identities Data Repository shall be punishable:
i. Imprisonment for a term which may extend to 3 years
ii. Shall be liable to a fine which shall not be less than Rs. 1,00,000
iii. Imprisonment for a term which may extend to 2 years
iv. Shall be liable to a fine which shall not be less than Rs. 30,000
