Whoever, being an enrolling agency or a requesting entity, fails to comply with the requirements of sub-section (2) of Section 3 or sub-section (3) of Section 8, shall be punishable. Given here are some punishments:

ii. Fine which may extend to Rs. 25,000
iii. Imprisonment for a term which may extend to 3 year
iv. Fine which may extend to Rs. 10,000
