The length of a rectangular plot is twice its breadth. If the area of the rectangular plot is 6075 sq.meters .what is its length?

Options:

A . 45m

B . 75m

Answer: Option D

Let the breadth be x metre, then it's length = 3x metres
Therefore, 3x — x = 6075
=> x² = 2025
=> x= = 45
Length =(3 x 45)m =135m
