Colour of A's shirt and F's trousers is same. G is wearing blue shirt and E is wearing Blue trousers. F is not wearing any Yellow dress. Red and Blue is not the combination of shirt and trousers of any of the persons. What is the colour of A's trousers?
Options:
A .  White
B .  Cream
C .  Blue
D .  Data inadequate
E .  None of these
Answer: Option E
B will no wear Red, Cream or Yellow trousers. Since B wears Red shirt, * and ** can't be Red. Since there is no Cream shirt, * and ** can't be Cream either.
Now, from above table and the information about the colour of trousers it is clear that A and G wear either Red or Cream trousers. As Blue and Red is not the combination of shirt and trousers, G wears Cream trousers and A wears Red trousers.
