According to the question,
? = 12 + (3 × 1) + 4 - 1
from the question by changing the symbols, we get
= 12 × (3 - 1) × 4 + 1 (using VBODMAS rule)
= 12 × 2 × 4 + 1
= 96 + 1 = 97
