According to the question,
? = 10 × 5 ÷ 3 -2 + 3
from the question by changing the symbols, we get 
= 10 ÷ 5 + 3 × 2 - 3 (using VBODMAS rule)
= 2 + 3 × 2 - 3
= 2 + 6 - 3 
= 8 - 3 = 5
